Smart valve not turning off radiator
I have 5 valves I recently purchased, all work, except with one radiator, I swapped 2 valve around thinking the valve was faulty, but the same result.
On this one radiator if its not turning off does that mean the valve is stuck at all? the old valve with numbers 0-5 does turn off the heat when on 0, I wasn't sure if I should use the little cap if its not pressing down hard enough and if so do I put it on the radiator or the valve?
I've cleaned up the radiator valve and sprayed it with WD40 white lithium grease, I can't seem to push the pin down by hand but then I can't with any of them either

I have the same issue In my opinion it is a big scam “inteligent”…… what is IQ ? -10 I think.
My valves are calibrated OK, have set 10 degrees set on valve, in room is 25, but the radiator still is hot.
Where’s Money save? The answer is waste money, expensive valves can’t work properly.
I have tested with valve “on air” I will allow see how it work.
It works bad, after correctly calibration (the valve was fully open and fully close) the position was left as open
Hello, I have 4 valves in 4 different radiators and they don't close fully the radiators. It doesn't matter what type of temperature or plan I use - the radiators remain always hot. I calibrated them many times but with no success. Total disappointment...it's a hot like hell at home...as I don't have anymore the old manual valves...
I have the same problem... 4 valves out of 10 suddenly remain open, even after the new setting. I wrote to the customer care but did not answer yet...
Same here, all 3 valves stopped closing fully. I have to close main valve outside of my apartment if I want to stop the heating...
Same issue here. Anyone found a solution?
I have the discussion with the manufacturer…. But, even I received new one, then is the same behaviour . Sometimes help make the calibration few times.
Pls escalate discussion and send ticket.
In my case I sent the video how it badly works.
Same issue. Appeared recently after several years of working fine. Could be a bugged firmware update ?
Hi, I found a trick that works for me:
1- Unmount the valve that don´t close well
2- with the valve out of the heater, request a calibration.
3- The internal black piston will go in, then out, and when going in press with the finger until reach the lowest point.
4- Mount the valve back tight and calibrate.
Apparently this improves for the moment. Perhaps the piston with time gets wasted and don´t push as far as it should? Hope it helps.
