Web app has become useless
Just today I was confronted with the new web app and like so many people on this forum I had to find out that it is no longer possible to create/edit schedules for the heating. At first I thought I just overlooked it, but by reading the forum I quickly learned that the mistake was not mine...
This is really such a bad decision! All other functionality of the web app is nice to have. Schedule creation/edition is the single most important feature of a smart heating system. Had I not just replaced all my smart valves because of the failing displays, now would be the right time to switch to another system.

You are right. The new web app is like a video game, with a lot of functions good for a show in a board meeting. Like you I also will switch to another system, because they already received a lot of bad feedbacks, but simply do not care about customers needings.
I WILL NOT BUY NETATMO ANYMORE: I CHOSED IT BECAUS OF THE EASY INTERFACE; NOW IT'S A NON-SENSE WEB INTERFACE.
Don't invest in Netatmo if you are a weather freak. The resolution is horrible! 10 - 30 minutes before you can se what's happening. You will miss the highest wind speed/rain downfall. Complete waist of money. Just another wireless gimmick
New web interface is a disaster compared to the old one. One of the main advantages of the Netatmo Thermostat, the web interface, is now useless.
What a bad decision they had. Not sure I can continue to recommend Netatmo as a valid smart thermostat solution
I completely agree, you can no longer recommend such a product.
But before that they were the best.
What an absolute shambles. I've invested a lot of money in Netatmo products for many years. They are now all basically useless. If you have a complex system it cannot be maintained from a Smartphone!
