I'm afraid your doorbell is damaged. If you can't get over it even after reset, go for warranty repair or contact Netatmo support.

Same with me since a 3 days. it suddenly started ringing without stopping for no reason. any tentative of reset/reconfigure is not working as the green light keeps blinking even on USB

- I am facing same problem like others = in this case constant slow blinking green light on the doorbell upper right corner. All your recommendations for solving this problem have been followed, but still no working doorbell.
How can I get it up and running again? Please advise.

I contacted netatmo helpdesk. It is a permanent failure and there is no repair possible. The doorbell is no longer in production and they have none in stock. It means goodbye netatmo doorbell... 🙄
I have a Reolink doorbell on order to replace mine. Much cheaper and also works without subscription.

So I got my netatmo doorbell replaced by a reolink doorbell. It turns out to work much more reliable than my old doorbell! It properly distinguishes between people and objects, responds fast, works without subscription and can also record on my NAS using FTP. There's a wifi version and POE version available. The wifi version can also work over wired ethernet. It is not possible to use your existing chime though, but it comes with its own chime. Multiple people can watch the same video stream at a time. I couldn't be happier! 🙂

Same thing with me, and that's after the warranty period. It's a shame that Netatmo has produced a doorbell worth many euros and left customers alone with broken devices.
