Outdoor module does not connect

Outdoor module of the weather station does not connect to the main station. The module is new, I got it on may 22nd as a replacement of a broken outdoor module. The old did connect, the new one does not. Why does this happen?

    I can’t get my rain gauge to connect either. What do you do? There’s no service at this company. Can someone help me?

    We also loose connection to the outdoor module - I have connections to all the other 3 module.

    Netatmo, wherever you are or if there is some one from your co that can call me about not being able to connect the rain gauge , connect w me asap! This co has a real problem w / customer service ! Non existent !!!

    Same problem here, the old module with extreme battery drain problem connects without issue. Tested two different new outdoor module, both are not connecting to the base station. Tested all possible combinations, this is clearly a software compatibility issue between new outdoor stations and old base stations. Netatmo, would be nice if you would offer support for your own products...

    Same here. Moved outdoor module as batteries needed changing. When I did so, it would not reconnect to the indoor module. I tired cleaning the battery contacts and it connected for just a minute, then nothing. This seems to be a common issue on the community.

    Same here, received new product from Amazon Warehouse deals, said "as new".

    Out of box the main module works, the external module is alive but does not send data. Tried more than 10 times reconfiguration without positive outcome.

    Contacted Amazon: return product to us, we'll refund you the promotional amount paied, then I would need to add some more €€ to buy it again since the promo is over

    Contacted Netatmo: after several attempts the only solution they offered is to ask Amazon a replacement, which, they won't...

    Why is there no assistance from the program/equipment supplier, for these questions / problems that many people have??

    Very sad how these issues are not resolved and netatmo is just playing the "I don't care, your problem, buy a new one" card here.
