is /getmeasure only for your own devices?

As above. I was in the process of making an app where i would use historic data from the netatmo-API, but im getting:

    "message": "Device not found"
  }
}"
This is on devices other than my own. (In the "Try it out"-section in browser) 
Is there a way to accessing historic data from other sensors than my own? I mean you can already see graphs in the weathermap, so i dont see why i shouldnt be able to use it myself.

    Hello,

    Several things :

    • historic data of Weather Stations are only available for devices belonging to you, or if you are invited to an installation. In the weathermap we display you will only access to live data
    • in the weathermap, we only display Weather Stations where users gave their consent for their live data to be publicly displayed. If you have the MAC address of a Weather Station which doesn't belong to you but where consent was given, you can access its live data. Otherwise it's impossible
