The security browser app on a PC seems to have stopped updating new events
As June transitioned into July, the web browser based app of the Netatmo security outdoor camera seems to have stopped updating new events that have occurred, those events can be seen on the mobile phone app, which is still working as expected. Any problem with the Netatmo servers?

I noticed the same thing -- and rely on the web browser interface. What is the status?
Just updated to the latest iOS app - now I can't see any events there or via the web interface. Luckily it's still recording via HomeKit Secure Video, but other than live view, nothing's visible through Netatmo's methods.
Same for me, live feed ok but timeline blank/stopped updating today in the browser and iphone app. Ensured ios app is updated to latest.
Also older app version on ipad now no longer communicating with cameras at all.
This was all working fine past few days, apart from delayed notifications which is just the gift that keeps on giving!!
Same with me, i've stopped recieveing any notifications so no events are notified. When I check recordings it says there has been no events today.

Yes, now the web browser shows a blank timeline (no events), the mobile phone app says it cannot connect to the Netatmo server
My mobile app has stopped receiving events. Camera is live but showing no event history. I have turned off camera and still no events showing.
Same here. No new notifications, The "Newsfeed" Page in the Netatmo Security App is showing blank bullet points only. No history available. I restarted the iPhone, restarted the Security App and the Camera but no new recordings will happen and no events are triggered.

Sorry Giada, but the services are still not fully working and there is no comment or statement any more from Netatmo.
That doesn‘t inspire any confidence and ruins Netatmo‘s reputation. ☹️
My experience with Netatmo’s support was excellent so far. But this now is the complete opposite. 😡
