Are u a joke? You just break our products and can’t fix it about 2 months!!! Shame on you!!! Camera does not connect to wifi (or connect in like 9 hours) and any lose in electricity turns cycle first. Very bad software.

Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with my two indoor cameras. In the Home+Security app, no image is displayed, showing the message 'The video is not available. The camera is not connected.' However, I can see the cameras and view live videos in the Apple Home app.
Now, one of the cameras shows 'Off' in the Apple Home app, even though it's connected via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet and responds to pings. When Wi-Fi is disabled, the camera remains reachable through its IP, but there's still no image.
I can't open a ticket with Netatmo at the moment. If nothing changes, I'll return the cameras and look for alternatives.

Cameras disconnects sometimes ramdomly, I have reset it as it says on the website, it works on 2 mesh routers exclusively for the cameras, everything is configured as you recommend. I think all this has happened since the cameras were updated. I need an urgent solution since they do not fulfill their function. Thank you.

If the outdoor camera were recognized by HomeKit, Google or Alexa it would be relatively easy to schedule camera monitoring to specific dates and times. At this point, only the camera light is recognized in setting up automations, the camera itself is an unsupported device. I’d like to suggest a future improvement that allows the outdoor camera to be recognized to permit automated scheduling.

Both cameras worked perfect, then, a time ago, they stoped working and i was not able to reconnect both cameras.
I thought the cameras are defect or a firmware-update destroyed the cameras. But yesterday i tried it again and saw some posts about the "stupid" security feature that locked the camera and prevented the camera to connect to a new WiFi... I thing this is also my problem because i changed my wifi....
Can you reset my cameras so that i can use them again. They worked great for years !!

I found this Post, because my third cam showed the Error "0097-00003" , the two older once don't show that error but still can not connect to the new WiFi..

My situation is like yours. Currently neither error code shown nor setup is available
if I try to submit a message to the support, the page will not refresh and it seems that the message is not sent... unbelievable Netatmo .... will never by a product from this company !!

Dear Users,
Be careful because they ban people when they talk about netatmo indoor cameras and tell the truth here. From day one, after the netatmo got sold to legrand was the end of this product.
My camera issues are:
1) Keeps disconnecting/connecting all the time.
2) SD card issue(stops monitoring) not true that it is sd card issue, i changed 4 sd cards all high class and same issue!
3) incorrect power supply ( not true, was replaced with similar adapter and still same)
So basically it is junk, no support!
Please don't delete my message!
