outdoor camera showing as blocked in Security App
My 2 Presense outdoor cameras are showing in iOS HomeKit Home app but Security shows "Remote access to this product has been blocked (unverified connection). Please configure the network from this app to verify the connection. Configure network". I have tried many times to reconnect via the app but no change. The cameras are connected and show on the router. One is connect via ethernet and the other is on wifi. I have been trying to resolve for weeks now and restarting setup does not work. Very odd the cameras are visible in HomeKit.

Hi there
Facing the same issue - any hints or ways to fix this?
Hello,
the same with my camera. In Apple Home app it is available, but the Netatmo Security app shows the camera is not available.
The Security notifications from camera are still working somehow.
I've tried to setup the camera again, but the process did not finished.

I've got the same problem with my doorbell. It means I can't access the recordings.
Hi guys
Yes same here and also on two different locations, and I'am 100% sure the wlan connection is stable and the device is connected - same as petza.urban has written the security notifications are working.
Think also this has to be an issue at netatomo server side, would be greate to have any further information regarding this one.
Hi, I've changed wifi routers as the internet provider asked me to and get the same issue. Its even same router model and firmware. Not sure why the app does this when it didn't before. App settings work in my other location and I got it working in the end in this location with trying to redo the network five times, but surely I don't have to keep trying with this one too?
Same issue here the new firmware didn't fix it. Get a notification from my router blocked because of a vulnerability issues with DoS.
Hello Netamo, are you going to sove this?
It happened to me today. I followed the in-app instructions leading me to a Setup (displaying a QR code to the camera, setting up the WiFi, etc.).
After a couple of minutes, everything went back to normal
