Wind meter gives problem false reports

I had on my old wind meter reports of speeds of 40 km per hour, these reports came very often and very irritating when it is not windy outside.

Now I bought a new wind meter and again I get the notifications of 40 km, less often but still irritating! 

Is there a solution for this or am I unlucky that the new wind meter is not good.
