Problem with a repaired thermostat
Good morning:
I sent my thermostat with a broken screen to your service in France.
After a long wait and after the local carrier had informed me of its arrival, the package has finally arrived.
But oh, surprise! No matter how hard I tried, I was unable to get the thermostat to work.
I put in new batteries (two different sets) and the display now DOESN'T EVEN TURN ON, so I have no means of doing anything. And it's not a problem with the screen, because I can't connect to it from the mobile app either.
I have tested the relay and it works perfectly, it is able to turn on the boiler, by means of the built-in button, of course.
What can be done?
The truth is that I am quite disappointed
before returning the thermostat (which, by the way, looks brand new), don't you test it at least a little bit?
My several attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful, I do not understand this silence for the last week.

Hi, I received a replacement thermostat which has now stopped working can you send me a replacement asap as the winters are approaching and I’m without heating ? Till then can I use my boiler manually ?
