I cannot add this thermostat to the Netatmo Energy App, the Netatmo Control App nor the Apple Home App. I do not have Apple HomeKit and do not want to pay another subscription to Apple if that doesn't work either. I do have Apple TV 4K though. The instructions say scan the QR Code. There is no QR Code on the either the Netatmo box or accessory. There is an option to key in the accessory code, but that code begins with g and there is only the option to type numbers. I have tried the g code without the g, the long code on the box sleeve, the long code on the box (which is different to the one on the sleeve). I have disconnected router, disconnected the Relay, restarted - absolutely nothing - on all three Apps. The only reason I bought this accessory is so that I can control from my phone. Can someone help please?

I have the same problem. I found my QR code to install in apple home, but "accesories not found"...
