Extreme latency with push notficatio

Hey everyone, I have a smart video doorbell. The problem is that push notifications (person detected, etc.) arrive on my phone (iPhone) with a delay of 3-5 minutes. How can that be? It's not due to Wi-Fi connectivity or internet connection, because when I access the camera via HomeKit or the security app, I have direct access without any latency. Initially, the camera had no latency, only in the past few months. How can this be fixed?

I have the same issue, by the time it pops up on my phone, the person has gone! Useless.
