Indoor camera has fixed green led

I've got an indoor camera with a fixed green led. I'm trying to reset the camera, so I can connected to my changed network (new provider). When I connect it directly to my Mac I see the blue blinking led, but I get an error message 1/0

    Same situation, I tried everything too, I will try to listen to them. I have a twin and she has recently undergone a firmware update, I wouldn't want her to be bricked
