Netatmo doorbel: iPhone 7 real long delay’s after ring or detecting movement

Since a couple of months we have long delays in the reaction of our doorbell to our iPhones (both type 7) resulting in people already leaving our front door after ringing so that we cannot talk with them. Also movement in front of the camera can take up to 20 minutes before we receive notice. I tried already some things as changing the location of our wifi sender or stopping the electricity and reconnecting the electricity later again and so on. Thanks in advance for a reply and or a solution. Until a couple of months everything worked fine!! And we were then happy with your device.
