Can’t connect relay
I can’t connect my relay to my WiFi and to my home kit !my router it’s new and doesn’t have 2,4 g or 5 g

New routers have the same ssid for 2.4 and 5 GHz but you can manually separate them giving a different ssid. I did the same with mine to be sure. I have a fritzbox 7530

I can’t install the relay. There is no conection between the relay and the termostat. Need your Assistance please. Thanks. There is a good wifi coverage.
He apagado el router y lo he vuelto a encender pero siguen sin conectarse el router y la wifi
All of a sudden my relay will not connect to server. Please advise it’s been working fine for years. Internet coverage is good and no changes to wifi and or password
