API / Backend Issues ?

Well, my systems stopped connecting at about 12:12 BST today (30th July 2024).

My API call retrieves a html page instead of date, and stripping out the hmtl formatting basically says:

Error 404 - This Container App is stopped or does not exist.

The Container App you have attempted to reach is currently stopped or does not exist.

If you are the Container App administrator, please visit https://portal.azure.com

In fact, the entire netatmo.com TLD appears to be down, although https://helpcenter.netatmo.com is ok - I guess on a different server.

    Ok, now seems to be fixed.

    Transient issue/backend work going on ? Or a bigger problem ?

    Hello,

    There is a service outage on Micosoft side : https://azure.status.microsoft/

    As they didn't communicate precisely what sub services could be impacted, it's not impossible it could come from here. I don't see a problem on my side

    Thanks. Still working again now. Looks like just as I'd figured out there was a problem and what the error was, it got fixed.

    Netatmo status page still shows 'Empty' for status however, https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/en-us/sections/360003205012-System-status

    Also, entire netatmo.com still appears down. But only concerned with API for now. :-)

    are there issues again with API calls? My page worked fine yesterday but now all I get is 403

    i redid the config and reset my Netatmo app to new client id/client secret and the tokens. No change. No getting a response

    Hello Jonas,

    I don't have any issue on my side and didn't had any similar feedback. Is there an endpoint impacted or all of them send a 403 error ? Is your access_token value valid ?
