Unable to reach the WebApp

For several hours, at least 8, the webapp has not been reachable from where I am, in Italy,
I don't know what temperature there is, but you can know with a thermometer worth 2 Euros.
I am truly disappointed after the disastrous update of the site and the countless errors present and now total nothingness.
