Same thing with me, and that's after the warranty period. It's a shame that Netatmo has produced a doorbell worth many euros and left customers alone with broken devices.

My Netatmo video doorbell is also pulsating green, rather than blinking, but I am gonna try to replace my old transformer and buy a new encapsulated one and then connect the cables to 24 VAC instead of the 12 I have new and see if it helps while keeping the old door bell.
