Anemometer missing data on graph
My new anemometer has many missing data in the graph. The thing is that from the app I can see that the anemometer is connected to the main station (I can see 2-3 bars) but the data is missing (for example I only see the wind from today morning but not today afternoon). Anyone have this problem too?

I’ve got the exact same problem. Installed my new anemometer and rain gauge which have been working for about three days, then even though both have strong signals, they appear to have stopped transferring data to the cloud for the last 7 hours (still not yet recovered).
My anemometer is showing the wrong wind direction and is not sending information to the graph. To determine whether a signal was being received, I turned the anemometer from facing north to facing south. There was no change in the wind direction on my app. Battery and signal is strong. My anemometer is about 4 years old. How do I solve this problem?
