Outdoor Module always shows 100% humidity
My outdoor module is in a relatively protected location, though is now some years old. The temperature readings are fine but it is showing 100% humidity all the time (location is the South of France, one of the driest regions). Tried changing batteries, re-pairing, cleaning, etc. Any other ideas? Maybe just time for a new module?

Same problem since a year. Poland. COnstant 100% humidity readings, save perhaps for 2-3% divations. No matter what's the weather.
I bought a new module. That's fixed it.
I know :) it's all time fix. But it is really discouraging Netatmo doesn't react to this customer issues forum and we can only exchange comments about our frustrations. Poor handling for the high-end product company.
I had the same issue and raised it by fixing it on a pole about 1 meter in height.
Mine was ( and the new one is) fixed under cover at a height of about 2 metres.
I unscrewed the module and let it dry for an hour. Now it shows the humidity correct again. Maybe it helps already to take the batteries out for a while to reset the module
