Floodlight and IR not working
Camera works Ok. But can't see any nighttime activity as the floodlight is not working. Have tried changing settings to auto/on or off. floodlight does not switch on.

I have the exact same problem. The light doesn't turn on and the IR doesn't work.
Same issue here, looking at the feed it seemed to have happened over 2 weeks ago
Same for me !
I had a similar error after a software update, and I realized that: in the Floodlight settings it was set to only turn on for selected events, but no activity was selected as the default setting (people, cars, animals, etc.). After I changed this, it worked.
I have the same issue here on 2/3 cams. I can even hear the "klick" when i turn on the light in the app but nothing happens. For me it looks lik the light is somehow broken. But no help here...?
Support will just get you to turn them off and on again, which does work for a bit.
Some times the light works but mostly not
on/off i tried already (power cycle) but no change
so no one opened the device and found a possibility to fix it i guess. ? Does not look like a software but rather a hardware issue to me
