One camera not working, one is

I have two outdoor cameras at my home. We have a power cut a couple of week ago, one still works well, the other doesn't work at all - no camera, no light. Tried the usual recommended rebooting etc and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

    I also had a power cut and then after the camera would not connect. The setup didn't work, it didn't recognize the smart tag. All LEDs were on (not fully bright). I contacted Netatmo support and they said that the micro SD card was worn out (camera is 2.5 years old) and they recommend a 32Gb high endurance micro SD. I tried it, it takes a while to load but it worked. Apparently the cads need replacing every few years.

    Does the security camera not work without a micro SD card installed?

    No. It must have a micro SD card in it otherwise it doesn't even boot. Just pulsing lights.
