Doorbell ongoing problems

I have to say that I'm pretty enoyed. Since two years I have Everytime problems with this doorbel, sometimes it's working for a week sometimes I need to completely reinstall it. Biggest issue is I cannot open any Video what the camera takes The others are - FTP Upload doesn't work correctly, sometimes it works but most of the time not - notifications coming delayed - camera feed often not working - thinks that the tree is a person even if I trained it thousand times. I'm rly thinking about to remove it completely. What about you? Does anyone has a trick or Informations if this will be fixed? I have testet almost everything also with network and power supply. The doorbell has full network connection and perfect power. And this Everytime. Br Marcel

    Same problem for me. Have already replaced the SD card but it continues to disconnect after some time. The Netatmo Video camera with flood light that I have mounted has no such issues so it is for sure not a Wifi issue and it is for sure not a power issue. The Support of Netatmo is not great so not sure if there would be any point in opening a case with them. Clearly the product has had many problems which impacted a large amount of the users, internet is full of it. The fact that Netatmo discontinued the product must surely be related to the poor quality of the product and probably means that we might as well get a sledgehammer and destroy the door bell ... very disappointing !

    @support Team,
    Will there come updates with bugfixes in the future? Or is there a possibility to get some money back. At the moment the product is a mess and not acceptable vor over 200€.
    It is not acceptable for me that such a high price product will canceled after just a few years.
