No Radio Signal on Radiator Valve
Hi,
After a battery change my valve is only showing two hyphens, and when I try to connect it as a new device (after deleting the previous one), it only blinks and alternating between a black screen and the two hyphens.
I tried with several new batteries and it's the same.
What should I do?

Hi,
exactly the same thing happened to me. So far nothing helped, it's so annoying to go through this before every winter.
Same here, did any of you got it solved?

Nothing worked for me. Had to buy new ones.
Hi,
yesterday I had the same problem. My radiator valve was stuck and increasing temperature than was set up in my programe. So I though it's problem with my batteries. I inserted new ones and I got into the same situation described above. So I decided buy new batteries - alkaline. Bought them and when I inserted them, the situation was the same. Than I got an idea to change batteries from different radiator valve, where everything was working without any problem. These batteries are lithium batteries and suddenly my radiator valve started to work. New batteries, which were alkaline, I inserted into radiator valve, from which I took lithium batteries and it is working without any problem. From my opinion, there must be some software issue. Now I have it solved, but why my radiator valve was restarting, doesn't make sense.
Well exactly what they told me, the little metal plate that connects the the plus and minus on the batteries are apparently not good and they know it. Hence they wanted me to buy a replacement, which I refused, because they should replace it without cost.
Mine is working for the time being, but sometimes it gets a fit and just opens the valve all the way.
I also had a problem withe one of their temperature gauges,so I am done with that company.
The problem is once you have gone one way, it's bloody expensive to go with another brand and they know it.
