Thermostat is not able connect to the app IOS
Hi, could you please help me? After changing the router, I can't add the thermostat relay to the mobile app (IPhone 13, IOS 17). I have successfully connected it to the pc app via usb cable, but doing it using the mobile app is out of the question. And I tried all the tips from the help center (restart everything, turn off 5G WIFI...etc). Several times. It's weird to me because I see the relay with the heating plan in the bill, the relay is connected to my WIFI and everything works. On PC.... I assumed I just logged into the same account via the mobile app and I'll see the same as on PC...What could be the problem please? Homekit that is required? I don't want to use Homekit... Thank you very much

Did you manage to solve this problem somehow?
Yes, I had to used mobile with Android and configure it. After that is everything working and visible through IPhone as well. So the problem was the IOS
