No integration of outdoor Temp/humidity sensor

After changing battery of rain sensor all sensors had to be newly connected to the main indoor sensor. After several days rain sensor and later wind sensor was again connected.

But I still have prolems to connect my outdoor humidit/temp sensor.

I have an old one, which worked before battery change of the rain sensor very well. Now no communication possible.

I have a new outdoor sensor and tried with that one. The same result...no communication.

I am very frustrated aout that.

Is this only a problem of the user?????

    I also deleted the Netatmo App on my Iphone and installed it new.

    Butit did not help.

    Always when I want to install the outdoor sensor and type on "Installation", the App change to buy a new sensor.

    So I do not know, what to do.

    Any one can help?
