How do I answer the Netatmo Doorbell on my phone?

When I first got my Netatmo Doorbell I was able to answer it from my phone. Now when someone rings the bell, I tap the banner that appears on my phone (iPhone 14 Pro) and it takes me to the app, but then just shows a blank image saying the video is recording (until it has finished recording, then is available to view). I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the doorbell from Netatmo, but still not working. All other aspects of it works, just not able to remotely answer a call. It seems like this feature was removed by the app? could you help please. Many thanks. All of the other Netatmo cameras inside and outside the house work as they always have.
