The images from my camera are discolored

Dear madam/sir

The colors of the images taken by my indoor camera are not normal. During the day they look green-yellow with vertical stripes and at night (night view) they are black.
I have screenshots from the app that I can send you to see the problem. To what email address can I send these?
I also have another camera that I can compare to and it works fine.
I bought the camera with the problem about a month ago at Fnac.

Can you help me please?
