Cannot get past iOS app login page

Trying to setup weather station for the first time. I am unable to get past the login page on the ios app. Userid and password are correct as they work on a linux pc.

The screen just bounces me straight back to itself. Have reloaded the app several times, always the above result.

How do I proceed?
