Changed the wifi network, unable to connect home weather station
I changed the wifi password yesterday and I am not able now to connect the netatmo. When it blinks blue (doesnt say what coulour it should blink) it looks for the netatmo, but cant find it. Its extremely complicated to install the netatmo. I am being asked for a QR code and when I press YES I am not able to scan it. It should be very easy to connect to a new wifi, I mean peple change wifi. Any tip?

I have the same issue. I replaced the network, but I’m unable to Connect to the weather station to update wifi settings. When asked if I have QR code and answer YES, it simply disregards it and starts searching, never finding the unit.
I have the exact same problem. I have tried to delete the app and reinstall it. Also tried using another device to configure the station but not working.

We had a power cut and the same problem has arisen.
When the hub is unplugged and reconnected, everything works fine for a short while and then fails. There is no option to progress a reset once press YES on the QR Code option...

I changed the router with a new network and passsword and now I can not connect
