AWFUL CONNECTION ISSUES

Where do i even begin with this????? I have been trying to connect this for the past two hours now, i get through to someone on the live chat and then when they tell me to follow instructions they just leave the chat service and it leaves saying user no longer online. I simply cannot get this accessory to work at all. please can someone email with PRECISE instructions???
