Please Help - No code and Im a tenant.
Hello,
I just moved into a new place and it came with a Smart Thermostat. I've created a new account. however, I can't set it up. I don't have the Homekit code, no QR code and no code behind the relay. I've tried to do it from my laptop but when I tried to associate my account to the device it says.. "you need an invitation from the owner"...
Please help. how can I restart the device to set up a new account as an owner or where can I find the code??
