Add replacement outdoor module / make system forget the old one
My old outdoor module is broken - it is not there any more, cannot be switched on any more - and I bought a new one. Now before adding the replacement outdoor module I learned that I have to delete the old one. When pressing delete the station starts a blue blinking routine but does not find the module which should be deleted from the station. No idea now how to either enter the mac address of the new one into the system resp. make the system forget the old outdoor module. THX for your support,

I have purchased a second "Personal weather station" with rain and humidity add ons but it will not set up. The new unit blinks but can not be found in my app when I attempt to set it up. Can I speak with someone to troubleshoot this problem. Can you have two systems...one upstairs and one down?

I have replaced the broken outdoor unit. Deleted the old unit in the app interface. I have the new unit and when reinstalling only the indoor module is showing up. When starting the outdoor unit starts it only blinks green four times. The outdoor unit is not showing up in the app interface. Anyone having any idea?
