I can't find any reference about C100X16E in the dev/Api guide... I guess it's not supported....why?

    Hi,

I performed some tests on my side as I didn't find any relevant documentation (even in our internal one)

I was able by using a token from the Try-It tool to get an answer, but not with a 3rd party developer token. I suppose that the device is still not integrated to be fully usable for 3rd party apps

I report this to the teams

    Have a good day,

    Hello,

The C100X "... with Netatmo" can already be called via the Netatmo API (but it's not documented on the website)
For former C100X - production batch before June 23, based on an other infrastructure - there is no plan currently to migrate them to be managed via Netatmo's infrastructure, and so via API

    Hello Leslie,

    Thank you for your reply.

Are API SCOPES same as 300EOS (read_mx, write_mx)?

    Hello Leslie,

what do we have to do to have some documentation at least to unlock the door via API for 100x16E?

This is an excellent device and is integrated with netatmo app but is not integrated with HomeKit, so at least if we know the correct use of api to use the "unlock the gate" feature we can use it as a plugin inside HomeKit.

Please let us know in case you have any tips, and there is any way to push the company to have it integrate with HomeKit?

    thank you

    Luciano

    Hello Luciano,

Unfortunately, for security reasons, the teams don't want to allow the remote opening of locks to 3rd party users

Concerning HomeKit, I heard that Apple doesn't allow certifications for devices with a screen inferior to full HD resolution (which is not the case on the C100X as far as I know). And so, does not allow to be reachable in HomeKit

I report on my side the user's suggestions/needs to relevant teams, but you could also on your side report it to your local customer support

    Have a good day,
