Hi, my thermostat is broken and I want to install a new one. Is it easy: replacing and installing new product on the app is enough?!
I won’t be able to disconnect the old one on the app as the thermostat is no longer working so I simply bought a new one.
I just don’ t want surprises once I start installing. The old one is about 5 years old and I use that app from 2019
I am having *enormous* difficulties --- in fact it has proven impossible to install new thermostat and to get it to configure on to my phone. Worse, we get it installed, the phone says Congratulations, you have successfully configured your new thermostat, and then it goes back to Sorry, your relay Relay cannot be reached. And back it goes to Set Up.
There is no support from anyone. It is impossible to reach a human. I have emailed the Netatmo Support several times. It was -4 in Dublin last night. I would never ever recommend that anyone buy a Netatmo product because they simply do not have good (any?) Customer Support.
