I have the same issue and dont want to spend 120 quid just for the relay! Why can it not be bought separately?
I've just bought a replacement screen off ebay for 23 quid. coming from china and the installation is easy, just look it up on youtube.
Tried two now both did not work
Thats disappointing but to be expected! I may have the same result.
My thermostat screen no longer works, I have replaced the batteries, but no change. The heat will not come on.
