temperature showing not correct (too high)
SInce a couple of days it indicates 24 degrees while the house is only 19 degrees. Checked with a regular thermostat. The solutions I find indicate to calibrate through the app but I do not have these setting possibilities ???

I have same problem.
My thermostat shows 45 degrees instead of 20. Are there any service centers?
Also my thermostat shows 44 degrees instead of 21 I tried to fix it with "true calibration" via app, but after few minutes it return to 44degrees.
I have also opened a ticket to netatmo. Is it possible anybody of Netatmo can helps? Thanks
I think there was a firmware or app problem. many people have the same problem right now
Mine is the same! Showing 30 degrees when only 14 degrees
Netatmo replied to me, highlighting that the product is faulty, and since the two years of the warranty have passed, the only way to repair it will be to send it to France for about 6 weeks and a repair cost of 44 euros. I asked them if there were no repair centers closer and they said no. Once repaired they guarantee 6 months of extra warranty, nothing else.
To add to the thread, ours is doing the same thing. We're getting 45 when it's only 18 in the room.
It started about 10 days ago.
We can't all have "faulty" thermostats, so if it is a firmware update they better patch it quickly. Otherwise, we're looking at alternatives.
The same for me. Faulty since a few days. How is it possible all failing at the same time? Do they want us to buy a new one?
It should be, I will hope they don't do somethibg like that but it is very strange. Consider that repair it will cost 44 + 29 euros to send the device in France. Really bad spot for Netatmo and Legrand
I have the same issue. This is a faulty software problem. Can Netatmo please sort this out.
Same problem, I set temperature in "true temperature" to 0 degrees, but after a few munites back to 22 degrees. I have firmware 78.
Careful! I eventually replaced the batteries and the accuracy improved a lot!
I tried the batteries along with a fair number of other things. Bit of a coincidence everyone's batteries would have gone shortly after the software update?
Thanks for the support Netatmo. I ended up replacing the thermostat. I did expect the product to last a little longer than 26 months.
I have the same problem. Setting True Temperature helped but it seems to drift and then the house is either too hot or too cold. Coupled with the displays on two radiator values going black it is time to move to another system. (Aliexpress replacement displays were easy to fit and fixed the valves)
