Change the smart radiator valves to simple thermostatic valves.
I have a starter kit and 8 radiator thermostats in mostly separate rooms. Would like a simple adjustment initially. How can I set the radiator thermostats to a certain temperature and keep them there? Can I adjust from the app, from the web portal or directly from the radiator? I currently have a wood fired boiler and an accumulation tank. I don't understand the logic of the current regulation, I don't want to change these temperatures so often (at different times, days) in different rooms.

You can use the "eco mode" in settings. With this you'll be able to set a certain temperature for one single thermostat around the house and the valves will regulates themselves accordingly.
With "comfort mode" each valve operates indipendently.
Settings -> thermal comfort -> priority settings
