questions about setpoint

After the website upgrade (PC) this product is the worst one I have ever used.

I cannot set the setpoint anywhere.

The desire temp says 20

the setupoint says 12

and I cannot change it

also it says it is in special mode... again cannot change it

why did you make such an awful website!??!?!?

I am selling all my Netatmo products and buying Danfoss...
