Relay Satting not working

I have 3 houses with Smart Vaves. One stopped working and while trying to reinstall the relay I destroied the config of another one. So now 2 not working. There is no way to reinstall the Realys. I continue to get errors like the picture. Only 2.45Ghz WiFi. any suggestion ?

    I have same problem and Netatmo help are no help!!

    I have a similar problem. Both mobile app and web app stopped working on November 27th. Valves are still visible and operational in Home app on iOS and macOS. Tried reinstallation and returning to factory settings. No change.
