Problem Download Data from the weather station

Hello everyone,
So far I have always had the possibility to download the measurement data.
I have always done this for the maximum period of three months.
Currently I always get an error message: 
“An error has occurred, please try again later.”
This always occurs for different time periods and different modules.
I have already let a few days pass and tried several times. Disconnected the weather station from the power supply and restarted it. All without success.
What could be the reason or does anyone else have these problems?
I have not found any corresponding articles in the Netatmo help.
