Faulty Relay - escalating support
Hey all, I've an ongoing ticket with support about a potential broken relay but it seems to have not been responded to in more than a week, is there a way to escalate this somehow than anyone has managed?
FWIW, the relay was wired correctly but doesn't seem to close the circuit to initiate heating from the boiler.

I have exactly the same problem: the thermostat starts (I can hear the "click" sound), the white led of the relay turns on, the valve opens (I can hear the sound) but the boiler is not triggered by the relay. Nobody is giving me support. It's winter time and I don't know how to fix the issue.
Me too. Relay completely dead over Christmas!
