Cannot connect to new WIFI

I have a HomeKit compatible weather station. After changing the WiFi router, I cannot connect it to the new WiFi anymore. After selecting the new WiFi, I always get the error : an unexpected error occurred. Can someone help me please?

He cambiado el router de Movistar y ahora el rele no se conecta con la nueva wifi de 2.4Ghz.
Como puedo solucionarlo?
