Hello,
We only provide APIs and the authentication process on our side. It's then up to the 3rd party integrators to manage the refresh token flow. We are not linked to them or their developments
If you face problems using their integrations, you must contact directly their developers or their community
Please note that the access_token value must be refreshed every 3 hours to maintain connectivity
