I can't re-connect valve to relay
Hi,
I got notification that have to replace battery in one from my valves. After replace relay was no able to reconnect. I remove the valve from configuration and try to add it again... and I relay can't find it again... Any ideas?

I have exactly the same situation with one of the 22 valves - after replacing the batteries, the valve unsuccessfully tries to communicate with the relay, which does not "see" it. Also, it isn't possible to connect this valve to another relay. Maybe there is a way to reset the valve to "factory settings", i.e. so that it is possible to connect the valve to the relay again?
I got answer from Support:
"Please follow this procedure for both of your Valves:
It was good advice (probably points 3 and 4). Now is OK and Valve is installed.
I got the same problems with 2 valves now after replacing batteries they lost contact with the relay,
I deleted them from the app and tried to add again, putting close to relay etc, nothing works, those 2 still display the number of previously added on it's 4 and the other 5, how to reset it and start again please?
If the valve was before added to the app and removed because you had some connectivity problems you cannot add it again it has a number and the wireless sign when you reinsert the batteries, netatmo support is aware of this problem and useless to deal with that, always better to blame the customer
I'm having the same issue, I started adding them in the order of the number that they show.
However after number 3, the last 2 valves show 1 and 5 so missing number 4 :'(
