I am getting exactly the same error.
How can Netatmo pretend we are all experiencing hardware failures.
They offered me a shitty discount to but a replacement.
Netatmo, please don’t do this to your many loyal customers.
I have an outdoor camera, which worked perfectly until I had a Livebox fibre router installed, now the camera won't connect to it. I have unplugged and replugged the camera, the router is working and done all the obvious things but I am not very technology informed. How can I get the camera working, or do I scrap it?
Please check the camera is connecting to 2.4 GHz bandwidth and not the 5 GHz
File a support ticket w N if you’ve tried the recommended actions of resetting camera and connecting to new WiFi .
Try sending a direct message to N on “X” - they might be able to send you the links to self help or email you with a solution .
It will connect to a new router just make sure your mobile and router is logged onto 2.4Ghz band - plus it takes a while …. Make sure your router or link device is within reach of the device

As you will be aware I had a Netamo Presence outdoor camera with siren, which stopped working within 3 years.
I ordered a replacement Netatmo Presence camera, without siren, it was a reconditioned camera.
Anyway I installed it, I then had stream and live as my previous camera, however I have been on holiday, and whilst away noticed there is no sound to it, even though it is turned on correctly in settings.
Having returned home, I checked all settings thoroughly, they are all as should be, but when I look back at recordings during and since fitting it, I only have a noise, no sound. Therefore it must have been faulty when I received it, the noise is like a wind sound, which I thought was normal outside noise, that said I didn’t have anything/anyone talking etc.
Can you please sort this problem as soon as possible.
