Doorbell not working

Door bell has been a problem since day one. It has now stopped working, I have replaced the SD card, spent hours trying to get it working, with no success. Support is rubbish, wish I had taken my money back after initial purchase. I am now looking for an alternative, I will never purchase Netatmo equipment again

The Camera make alarm but not are people at the Camera and (Fehlercode -1100)
