New wind/anemometer : how to install it

Hello!

My old wind device stopped working, so I get a new one. Take out of the box, placed it about 30cm from the station, but it won't get connected. When I looked at the website, the wind shows in the list with a red cross over.

How can I get this new device connected and working??
