Outdoor Camera w/o siren

One month ago the camera stopped working. I can still see recorded videos, but it does not react anymore to any movements, I cannot turn on the light, nothing. Try again later, says the app ! In the Google store I was asked to go to the help centre and type "appand", which doesn't do anything ! There is one hit, concerning some rain data for some other product. Great stuff !!
