I've recently moved in to a house with Netatmo attached to the boiler. You can either grant the new tenants access to your thermostat, sending permission to your account to their email.
Or what we were advised to do by our landlord, was to download the Netatmo app, and register it as a new product. The relay may need resetting if there is new broadband.
